Another bad experience here. I waited two weeks for an order that was close to £70 without a tracking number or delivery status. I was told this was down to a glitch and that it was being processed. When I asked when I would get my delivery, I got an automated message saying my order's been cancelled and I'll get a refund in five days. I would have waited it out but will now just take the refund. I'm a big fan of Curlsmith's products but won't be shopping here again. If there's a processing problem, there should be clarity on that before people order.

Order placed 11 August with 2-3 days delivery promise, still waiting and it’s the 24th. Still no tracking number and no email to confirm when I will receive this. So frustrated as Curlsmith do not answer your emails.

Really disappointed in my experience with their products. Their products are very expensive but as someone who is desperate to find a fragrance free range I had to spend £30 for just 3 travel size shampoo. Conditioner and the cream styler. They too small and as the shampoo does not foam enough so they run out quickly. I think this is an absolute rip off and they should review their prices. The gel and cream styler are so sticky and not worth a penny and they do nothing. I warn everyone who wants to try their products just to avoid them or least not try to buy so many of them before they get a idea of their quality of products.

My package came with leakage and more than half of the shampoo was leaked.i have raised a query and asked to pick up the leaked shampoo and give my money back My order Id is : UK-71249

I wish I could comment on the quality of the product but I never received my shipment. When I contacted customer service by email and chat, it took over a week and a half for them to respond each time. After a month and I half from my order date I just received my refund. It was an extremely aggravating process as I will never use them again.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They have lost my orders twice, now they are not responding to my e-mails regarding my refund request. Disaster. They should be closed.
