The items I bought are of very low quality and difficult to use .

The purchase of the cat toys, which was advertised to be chirping, flying birds, with rechargeable USB ports is actually stuffed, chirping birds. I bought 3 of the birds for my cats and they ignore them. I paid $44.06 for useless toys, and should be refunded.

I purchased a stainless steel cutting board, the size of which I was tremendously disappointed with. I contacted the vendor and expressed my disappointment regarding the size of the product. The vendor responded immediately and offered to refund me half the cost, while allowing me to keep the product. So surprised by their response and the immediacy of it. What exceptional customer service displayed to correct the situation. They even asked for recommendations about fixing the issue I shared, which I was glad to do. WOW, I’ve never had a better customer service experience. World class!

The product was nothing like what was in the ad.....my great grandson, age 2 didn't even smile !!!!!!!

Product works well

From the time I ordered to when I received the product, between 3 to 4 weeks had gone by. I emailed Curiovas and indicated I might use our family lawyer if I didn't receive the electric clippers. After that, I received the clippers within 2 days. It's too bad I had to resort to threatening the Company but I would have followed through if I had not gotten my clippers. I'm happy with the clippers.

Hope things work out well. Haven't had time to check it out completely.

I really like this product from the clips that I have been seeing on Facebook. When I received the product I poured it into my septic tank. I don’t really know if that was the correct way to use the product. But in my opinion it’s a good product
