Worst experience ever. Product was used/damaged in box received! Sent several emails to Curiovas with no response! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO-ONE EVER DO BUSINESS WITG THIS COMPANY; I KNOW I WILL NOT !

Does not work. Pictures on back of package are illiterate. The photos are too small to carry detail. None of the parts are for US hoses. US hoses are 5/8" or 3/4" interior diameter Thread spacing and count is immaterial to US specs. We have 2 of your crappy bait and fail examples. I ordered a set and my partner ordered an other. We were acting in camera to each other Send 2 RMA's or name of local counsel to defend suit we bring.

The comb for my cats was way more than expected, Downfall was the order took a long time to arrive as it was shipped from China.

I chatted with Charles and he was very helpful with my wanting to return my Detangler. As he stated I would have my refund within 7 days. It was in my account this morning. Thank you for your help.

They never respond to any of my emails or messages. The products that I got from them were damaged and didn't work. I even have pictures but I don't know where to send the pictures. Because no one said in touch with me, I have emailed them four or five times and no one ever gets in touch with me i would not recommend them to anyone. They are very, very poor in customer service. Their products are not what they say.They are and they never return messages, they never get back to you. The company is very bad anyone that I ever talked to.I will tell them never to go to this company

This is very poor product they don’t shoot water more than three feet i fully charged them and they still don’t work they are junk your company shouldn’t be allowed to sell junk like this all three don’t work the way you advertised them

I finally received my order. It was not as great of quality as the one in the advertisement/on-line . I would have loved to receive that one. I hope the company doesn’t continue to send inferior products. I will add my name to the class action lawsuit, if it gets to that.
