I ordered 2 chirping, fluttering birds. I got 2 beautiful birds that look just like the video. BUT, they do not chirp, nor do they move. What appears to be a battery inside each bird has an on/off switch. It was on when they arrived and there was no information with them as to how to charge the battery, if that is what is needed. The on/off switch has no effect. There does not seem to be any place to plug in a charger. My cats are not interested in a dead bird. The video looked like a lot of fun. What is wrong with my birds?

This is where I ordered and immediately received an email with a reception, tracking and view order. Great experience.

Was never delivered after a text said it was Search for 3 or 4 days checking other bldg s where I live They then gave me a partial refund I really want this for my grandson I can I get a discount on another one After all the trouble Thank you attention to this matter

The Curiovas Chirping Bird cat toy is a total rip off. The advertisement shows the wings flapping and the bird moving. In fact the toy is tiny. It does chirp when turned on. Our cat just ignores it. It’s worth a couple of dollars not the $40 I paid. Don’t trust this company.

I ordered the spiderman/transformer remote car. The website is deceiving. The car is about 9 inches long. looks like it may have been returned, had no screws in the battery compartments to keep batteries from falling out. Overall not worth the money

It was nothing like the advertised video and I was very disappointed in your product… it is so much smaller tha advertise!!!

Just sent you an email. My only complaint was that you advertise an "unicorn" set but I couldn't order it. Your blue & gold dragon sets are good. I need to order again for gifts for my great great nephews(I said grandsons in my email but they're my nephews). You are the only company that took the time for a follow up & I appreciate that. Delivery was a little longer & the package was a little squashed but the "dragons" work fine & will be a delight for my little guys.

I cancelled my order before receiving and received my money back in a few days.
