Product worked great

I have not received the product. I have reached by phone,which is just a recording. Also by email. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund

i have received many items from curivaso most recently the ice cube maker. i have 3 or 4 of them and NONE of them produces shapes like pop cycles roses etc all are regular ice cubes in a fancy presentation device. Very disappointed as are my grandchildren. how do i get the ADVERTISED products?

the product did NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. the cat toy does not fly around or interest my pet. It makes a very weak chirping sound at best, is hard to activate and is cheaply made. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

The quality of the product was horrific. I purchased 4 electric water guns for my grandsons and 2 of them stopped working the first day. One the gears appear to be broke. Gun makes noise but no water comes out and the 2nd gun, never has a strong stream of water, went about 4 feet and it was fully charged.

Cheap crap. Not fit to use. I wasted my money, and will not buy another item from you.

I have texted you and called you several times, the phone is always busy, YOU NEVER ANSWER THE TEXT. i PURCHASED (BUY TWO GET ONE FREE I HAVE TEXTED YOU AND CALLED YOU SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND YOU NEVER ANSWER MY TEXT.I purchased (buy two get one free)about5 or 6 weeks ago. they arrived in two separate packages. So I tried on the free one and it was too big. Every since then I have been trying to get an exchange or refund 0

I ordered 3 water guns for grandchildren coming in June, they arrived in plenty of time. I had to try them make sure they were charged and ready. The packages looked as if had been in a crash but guns not damaged. The tracking system kinda sucks but it did get here. This is the reasons for the 4⭐️.
