The ordering process was a little complicated actually ordered too many, but the product is great. Love this now don't smell, ladies seem to want to talk to me longer. They want to keep a conversation going instead of ending it.\n Everybody I have.\n Given some to or like use\n Has nothing but good compliments. About it, thank you.I think the product is good 👍

I really enjoy the scent that this cologne offers. Most People around me would ask for what cologne I was wearing.

UPDATE - They gave me a refund after I posted this. Placed an order, they took the full funds out of my account. Contacted them after 2 weeks of waiting for the order. They said they had no order from me at all, and were unable to locate the order either by my order number or my email. That's funny since they had no problem taking the funds out of my account. I reported them to the bank as fraud. UPDATE - Interestingly, after being reported to the bank as fraud and having written this review, my order was somehow miraculously found and cancelled with a refund. Funny how that happened. Note: this is not a review of the product itself, just the customer service. I updated them from 1 to 2 stars upon resolution.

Ordering was overcomplicated with videos. Like I'm already making a purchase right? However, shipping and delivery was quite fast and I will say I enjoy the scent and my wife has responded positively too.
