I made an order for 3 bottles of 50 ml each plus deodorant and a soap bar. 3 weeks later I am getting in the mail a small package of 1 soap bar only. The package is so tiny that it is pretty clear they can't put any 50 ml bottles in there. Contacted the support and got confirmation that they will send a replacement order with the items and sent me a tracking number and details about it. I waited 4 weeks and when I contacted them, they informed me they can't send a replacement because of restrictions on international shipping of alcohol. Nice... And they offered to send me 1x 10 ml bottles instead and a soap bar as a replacement... Well, that is not what I ordered, and that is not close to the money I paid. I am still 20 emails deep, and they still don't want to refund anything and still can't send me anything substantial... Do not get scammed people...

Look at the Trustpilot rating for trycupids.com instead of cupids.com. This company will rob you blind. I signed up for a subscription with a free trial of the Hypnosis scent, just a tiny vial to last a few days. I just had to cover shipping. They offered to let me try 2 more scents for a massive discount. They were your normal 30-day supply-sized bottles. I decided, why not? I liked the hypnosis, but it wasn't amazing. The other 2 scents smell like hospital bandaids. One was outright repulsive to everyone who smelled it. I couldn't give it away. The other one was slightly better, but again nobody would take it for free. I told Cupids to cancel my subscription via email. I was told to look up my account through a link that was sent to me and cancel there. There was no account found. I sent another email about that and was told to fill out a form and submit it. I did. I was charged again immediately and sent an email requesting they cancel the order. They, of course, did not respond until right after the package shipped out. I demanded they cancel my subscription, and they said they would. I requested a return shipping label since this was their mistake. They said I have to cover return shipping and let them know ahead of time that I was returning it; otherwise, they'll throw it in the trash. So they don't even want their own product! I emailed again asking that my subscription was cancelled and was told they are processing my request. I was charged again and again it was shipped out without response from them until after. This time I refused the package. They provide some weird internal tracking number that only works on their website. So it only shows there was an "exception." Thankfully, I took a photo of me dropping the box in the USPS box at the post office and was able to find the real tracking number. A month after I returned it, it shows that it could not be delivered, and it's sitting in the post office. Tracking says that they have until the 23rd to reschedule delivery. Today is the 21st. My money is on them not rescheduling and then saying they never got the package, so no refund. I will update this if anything changes, but don't bet on it.

Absolute scam! Don't order anything from them! I ordered 5 items. They delivered only 1 item (the cheapest) and I've been waiting for 3 months for them to deliver the rest. Every time I try to speak with the support I get a reply from AI. After dozens of emails I finally got a reply from a real person that told me that they can't deliver to my country and that the international sales are final and they will not refund my money. Nothing is stated on the website that they can't deliver to the EU. Absolute scam they owe me products for over 300 euro and probably I will never get my money back. I have had the worst experience ever. Don't be tricked they are scammers!

Don't fall for the glowing reviews and aggressive marketing like I did. BEWARE! I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Cheap products from china with good marketing. They put you on “subscription” for more and more items every month and place the order for you ! Takes your money without asking!!!! They do not let you return it even when they write 30 days money back. DO NOT BUY

Bra produkt. Bra leverans MEN!!! Jag beställde en produkt ,vid ett tillfälle. Jag har inte bett om någon prenumeration. Ändå fortsätter dom att skicka nya produkter som inte är beställda. Så fort jag försöker stoppa leveranser så kommer det ett mail att det redan är levererat.

It smells really bad, it really doesn't do what they advertise, not even close. Regardless of the company, they are really scammers, they put you in a program when you order where every month they send more and more products and charge you for their products without your consent. When you want to cancel, they don't answer even though they write 30 days of free returns.
