Adding to the list of negative reviews
Adding to the list of negative reviews. Their website is confusing, so I had multiple tabs open to the site comparing bundles and prices. Through the use of cookies they were able to track my activity amongst all the tabs, and add everything I BROWSED to my cart, and they gave NO option to edit the final cart. They said a confirmation email would be incoming. I reached out to them immediately- before the confirmation even- but their famously bad customer service didn't respond until after the confirmation email. Either way doesn't make a difference, they should be able to cancel the absolutely MASSIVE order that they essentially tricked me into "purchasing." Tl:Dr Their website is so bad, and their customer service is so bad, that it is indicative of the low, low value of their product.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've encountered with our website and customer service. We understand your concern regarding the website's functionality. Our intention is never to cause confusion or inconvenience to our customers. We are actively working to improve our website’s user experience and your feedback is invaluable in this process. Regarding the issue with your cart, we regret that our system added all browsed items to your cart without an option to edit it. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We will review this process to prevent such issues in the future. We also apologize for the delay in our customer service response. This is not reflective of the standard we strive to maintain. Please send us an email with your order details, and we will do our utmost to resolve this matter, including reviewing your order for potential cancellation. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are committed to making necessary improvements.
