Fraud company
If I could give a zero, I would. This company charged my son's account 3 times for items he did not order for a total of $329.60. As soon as he got notification of this, he tried to contact the company to have it cancelled because he did not order anything. When they finally got back to him, supposedly the items had already been shipped and he was told they couldn't cancel or refund. Then they went on to say that when he received the order to contact them for directions on returning it for a refund. We have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now and all of a sudden no one will respond. These charges have cause my son's bank account to go negative and the bank has charged him 3 NSF fees, $32.00 each, because of this. The money he had in his acxount was money hes been saving for when he leaves for college. This company is a fraud and just takes your money.
