Customer Service is horrible! I couldn't get anyone to understand that I just wanted to change the quantity of my order. I had to hound them just to respond to me!!! After a month of back and forth, they STILL got my order wrong and charged me for product I did not want. AND NOW won't even respond to try and fix or refund my money back!!! Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced.

The product Cupid does not work as promised I have not ever had one girl in the past two weeks say anything about how good I smell not even my wife I was wearing diplomat before and everybody said I smell good. I’m returning the product all three bottles.

Great smelling product, the gf loves the smell as well. So thumbs up Only down side was I thought I was buying 1 then noticed later I was charged charged for 3bottles. After smelling it I'm happy I have 3 bottles 🤣

Shady company. Charges you on their website without a review of your order and then refuses to cancel items on order. Order number is 348587. Will be attempting a return when it gets here and update here. If there’s no resolution I will be taking this to my bank to resolve since Cupid uses horrible business practices to deceit you into ordering way more than you think you are.
