Website is garbage!
Just received my order and it smells good. Came on time too. But Their site and marketing is absolutely trash! I had to go through about 15 pages of declining no I don’t want two bottles. No I don’t want 3 bottles. No I don’t want 4 bottles. I just wanted 1!!! It’s a networking/marketing embarrassment.. Do better!! All and all I definitely won’t be because of this..

I actually had a great customer service…
I actually had a great customer service experience from the moment the order went through and received a confirmation email from customer service as well as the delivery update upon receiving my order. This speaks volume for me.

This Cupid Fragrances is a BIG SCAM
This Cupid Fragrances is a BIG SCAM. I ordered perfume on September 18th,2024, and they charged my credit card twice so I tried to call customer services of course they only had an answering machine, and no one answered the phone, same time I did receive a text message and an email. So I sent an email and requested a cancellation, I was told by email I should get a refund in 10 business days. Now it's over a month no refund was made to my credit card no one answered the phone and no one replied to my email.

They informed when they shipped and…
They informed when they shipped and tracked to my door and informed me by email, when the package was delivered. They keep me informed and followed up after delivery, you can’t ask for more, it was packed securely in their special box. I recommend them. I have used the cologne and the fragrance is wonderful, and the women like it also. New fragrance adds to how you feel.

Asked for refund but gave the same…
Asked for refund but gave the same bogus reasons as they did for everyone else. Asked to cancel immediately after that order which was placed by itself despite me not completing it and they don't even reply to emails. Plus the price was showing 50% off but they charged me full price. Not replying not cancelling or or giving refund. I bet they have developed a habit of scamming people.
