Website was easy to use, and to find the products I needed. Ordering was simple and quick and delivery was fast. Arrived sooner than expected in fact. I got replacement liners for the litter box, super easy to find the right one, easy to remove the old one and insert new one. Love the litter box, easy to clean, and works perfectly. No issues as of now July 2026, bought litter box in November 2025.

I purchased the Cumrige Self-Cleaning Litter Box on April 19, and after only a short period of normal use, it completely stopped working. The unit will not power on at all, making it completely unusable. I contacted customer service expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I was told that because the return window had expired, they would only offer a partial refund. The litter box is defective and no longer functions, yet the company would not provide a full refund. A self-cleaning litter box is not a cheap purchase, and customers should expect it to last much longer than a few weeks or months. When a product fails completely, the company should take responsibility and make things right. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I would not purchase this product again and cannot recommend it to others

I was having issues with my litter box. They walked me through the whole process. They ended up replacing my litter box and it was hassel free. Thanks to Jerry. I truly love having this litter box. Totally worth the money.

I was skeptical. I wish I bought this sooner! No more scooping the litter box! I’m gonna save so much money on litter, genie refills. And my cats love having a clean box. The only issue I have is with my cat lol. They find it fascinating and will often stick their head in when it’s trying to clean. The motion sensor stops it. Which is for the best.
