I received the Premium LED Face mask from Cuma about a month ago—I specifically chose this one because I liked the neck piece that snaps on as I wanted to extend the treatment area all the way down to my chest. My initial impression is that the shipping was fast which is good, some reviews suggested otherwise but I had no issues. The mask itself was well packaged in a sturdy box with a separate charging station. The chin and neck piece must be removed to charge the mask which isn’t my favorite thing because it just takes up more space, but that’s the way it is. The mask itself is sturdy and well made. It cycles through a 20 minute red-green-blue treatment and then shuts off. I fall asleep half the time it’s so relaxing. After a month I can’t speak to any miracle results but I’m excited to continue use and have no regrets about it. The service was prompt and hence I messaged with some questions so they seem to be improving in that area as well. If you’re looking for a very substantial LED facemask that will give you a relaxing treatment and extend to the neck and chest, this may be the right fit for you.

I had a bad reaction to their skincare. Had to send it back to China (cost Me $23) and still have not received my refund. Emailed them four times. They got my package a week ago. It’s outrageous. I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can until I receive my refund. Horrible.

I have been using the Premium LED Face and Neck mask for about 3 weeks now and its been great for my 40 year old skin. I have noticed I am a lot brighter in the face and neck. Almost like a glow within. I like that you can see out of it without the light hurting your eyes and that youre not plugged into a wall. The only downside is that its a little heavy and can be a little claustrophobic. Past that the 3 light settings are great! This is a top of the line mask for sure!

I’m a red light user (wand type), but hated the time it took to sit and hold the device to my face. Because of this, I didn’t treat my skin as often as I liked. The Cuma red-light mask was SO convenient and easy! I put it on while I was at home- I could do cleaning, make lunch, etc. The device automatically runs through three short timed light sessions (red, blue, orange); each light does something different to your skin. I used probably 3x a week in about 2 weeks. I noticed my pores were less pronounced on my nose, and my skin (& fine lines on my forehead) appeared “softer”.

this product is horrible. It totally destroyed my face. It’s like it burnt/stained my skin around my eyes now I have raccoon eyes. have to see a dermatologist.
