This company actually deserves a zero. I paid $79.95 for their product and found out it was to be mailed from China. I immediately canceled it although their website says the company is in Florida! They claim it was mailed but it was not. The product NEVER arrived and they ghosted me. I filed a dispute with my charge card company and they credited it back to me. CumaSkin stole this money because they were completely fine with the charge card company taking the fall for their dishonesty & theft!!

Product does absolutely nothing and tugs at your eyes feels like a dry Chapstick. Although company shows in South Florida to return you have to ship at your own expense back to China. Then they ghost you after I spent $20 of my own money to return the product. Absolute horrible in every way.

A one star rating was the lowest I could select and post a review. My experience with CUMA Balm and Tumeric Tonic is a 0 star rating! I bought these items on Oct 28, 2025. The product didn’t work at all. I returned the product ($35 mail fee). Per the tracking # the package was delivered Mar 24, 2026. After many attempts to get a refund, I have not gotten one. These products are shams; the company is disreputable! Don’t make my mistake!

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give. The Cumabalm for under eye puffiness is worthless. And their claim about a satisfaction guarantee is just a flat-out lie. I went through their entire 90-day trial, took all the pictures they require, and submitted them along with my refund request 8 weeks ago. Now I can't even get a response from them about the status. This company is a rip-off.🤬

This company is a scam. I ordered on July 19 and until now September 19, order have not arrive yet. They say that it was held in the custom and will give you another voucher to trick you of ordering again. After several back and forth email, they will only reply with automated email. Very red flag!

This company takes payment in full but does not ship your purchased products. They refuse to provide a refund or honour the order. The shipping tracking doesn’t exist. Their AI email responses from “Maxime” declines any requests to speak with a real person and when you call they hang up on you. Do not under any circumstances buy products from this business. I gave them one star because zero was not an option. Fraudulent behaviour!

Have not received product from order placed 8 weeks ago. Their responses are just delay, delay, delay. Cannot get an answer on when product will be received.

I ordered on 7/8. Today is 8/16. No product yet. I emailed customer service to cancel. They told me the order was processed and shipped. I asked for the tracking information. I was ignored. Do not buy from this company.
