Are you serious concerning the return process? The time and effort for doing so is worse than the product. You won't be in this business long. Once they see it is a farce.

I would have given minus star. These people are fraudsters, their courier company is a fraud. They just showed the status as delivered with fake pictures and I never received the product. Now courier company GOFO, another fraud, say delivered. Cuma says talk to courier, why should I? I paid to Cuma they owe me money. Never ever buy products from them. I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court and will post on all social media.

Still waiting on my order placed almost 2 months ago - they say the delivery was attempted which is impossible as I have a 24-hour doorman, and now has been sent back to sender, but they still won’t issue me a refund. Terrible all around!

I purchased the under eye balm, used it for 2 months, twice a day and saw no changes. I notified them for a refund and was instructed to send it to China at my expense. The cost to send back was more expensive than the product itself. They also fail to tell you in their refund policy that you will need pictures of before and after to get your full refund. I found out when I called for a refund. I would definitely not buy their products.

I am very disappointed in your product and also your return policy. How do you return product without trying it, because it has to be unopened and unused. You are telling me to say the value of the product is under $5, which is telling a lie when I paid $79.95 for the product. And to make matters worse, the product shows it shipped from Florida, but you expect me to ship it to China. I will be continuing my voice of discontent until you refund my full amount I paid. It does not work with two different types of concealer because it makes it crease.

I returned the order that I was dissatisfied according to their policy and no answer after a month. Waiting for the refund but response is the same as I asked for e return in the beginning of the returning process!
