IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR I'D GIVE TEN. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on shipping to the UK, only to be ignored on my emails and numerous DM's, then when I get a reply, its literally a copy and paste. I got the exact same email back twice when just trying to reason with them. I purchased my box on the 28th November and its the 13th of December with no indication that its even been shipped and won't even reply when asking for a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY

I have received 4 subscription boxes. All items were cheap junk. My most recent shipment had a glass item that had completely shattered in the box, leaving shards of glass all over everything. I immediately contacted the company asking for a refund due to the damaged nature of the items in the box. The response was that in order to get a refund, I had to return the UNOPENED box to them at my expense as they do not provide shipping labels for returns. I had already opened the box...which is how I learned the item was damaged. And I should not have to pay to return items that were damaged through no fault of my own. Very poor service and poor quality items.

I got two boxes from them and realized that the box was very much junk with what they sent and they could have done so much more with the theme of the show which was friends. Some of the games given were very cheap like dollar store cheap with friends just printed on it. Even a coffee mug I was given was not microwave safe or dishwasher safe. A lot of their sizes for items are OS fits all for like socks and robes and stuff which then I could not use. Yes they say this but if you get more than one box where three of your items don't fit then I personally do not want it. One of my biggest complaints is that they bill you way to early. Like I had just gotten my fall box and then about two weeks later I was getting billed without warning for my winter box. Since It had not shipped yet I reached out and said that I no longer would like to continue this subscription and would like a refund no response at all (I had talked to them in the past and got a response within two days.) Very frustrating company that will charge you often and will give you junk.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a subscription to the Strange Planet box. When I moved, I changed my address on my account. The box was shipped to my old address anyway. I contacted customer service, and they suggested mail forwarding. The box was shipped FedEx which doesn't forward packages. Frustrated with my inability to correct the situation, I asked to have my subscription cancelled. Twice. No response. Then I got charged again for another box, which is again going to be sent to my old address. Asked again to have su subscription cancelled. I doubt I will get a response. My only recourse seems to be cancelling the card I used to purchase the subscription. Please do yourself a favor and do not subscribe to anything CultureFly sells. The items in the boxes are not worth the hassle and headaches dealing with this company brings.

They will collect your money months in advance I tell you there going to ship it out within 30 days but months go by and nothing happens in they just sit on it and sit on it and sit on it and sit on it it's despicable and beneath contempt

CultureFly sucks. They did not email me that my payment didn't go through and then refused to mail me a box because it "sold out". If they would've told me the payment didn't go through I would've gave them a correct payment option and I would have my box and I wouldn't be mad and have to write this review. Now I have to pay double for the box through somewhere like Ebay. I emailed CultureFly about the problem and they just ignore me. Thanks a lot!

Be wary if you’re thinking about ordering to anywhere outside of the US. I was one step away from clicking order on their $130 on 4 subscription boxes. Just before I checked out I thought it was weird that they hadn’t added shipping cost or a tax charge. I emailed their customer support team to ask if this was correct as I didn’t want to be hit with a massive fee later on down the line. The person who emailed me back proceeded to tell me they don’t deliver to the UK at all and only to USA and Canada. I came back to her and said that in the drop down menu for country in their shipping section it included the UK as well as many other countries and they should maybe consider removing this from their shipping form if it’s not an option. I just got the same reply back saying that they’ve never shipped to the UK so didn’t think it was worth arguing anymore. Have been unable to see if anyone outside the US and Canada has ever ordered and if it was successful but judging by the other reviews on here I had a lucky escape.

Ordered a pusheen themed box from this company, completely awful service. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Highly overpriced and very poor quality. Cost $100 and one of the 8 items was missing (most people were also missing this same item), was given a $5 refund. After weeks of contacting they told me that’s the maximum refund amount? Complete scam. I’ve seen other people suggest that the high shipping cost was due to the weight of the missing item which of course wasn’t actually in most of the boxes so it was probably a scam to get more money knowing they weren’t going to actually pack that heavy item. And the other items are complete junk for the money, I didn’t realise at first that these “exclusives” aren’t even made by the gund company who make pusheen so they really are just cheap junk. Would avoid anything from this company at all costs.
