Ordered my first subscription box in February. Three months later and I still do not have a shipping confirmation or a box. They charge you before they ship it out so they have had my money all this time. Every email or message I send them I get a generic generated response. I’m going through my credit card company to get my refund. Very disappointing because I had high hopes as this was a gift for someone

It has been a month and we are still waiting for our box to be shipped. I have contacted this company 3 different times and was told 3 different stories.good thing I save all my emails.

This company has terrible customer service. They blame COVID-19 for their shipping issues (yet there were no issues with 2020 boxes being shipped out) and they claim to have "one of a kind" merch, when in all honesty you can get the same crap from Amazon, Hot Topic and Etsy.

Ordered the pusheen subscription. I got summer box full of useless plastic crap. They never sent the fall box. The winter box was sent with more useless worthless junk. I cancelled subscription and yet today I get a notice they are sending me the 4th box. They will not refund your money. The will not replace a box that you never received! This is a total scam company that sends out cheap merchandise! DO NOT ORDER FROM CULTUREFLY!!!!!

They are a complete mess. All of their responses are automated and they never actually help anymore. They used to be a nice company, customer service-wise. However, recently they were unable to replace my broken items after asking me to wait 4-6 weeks and only contacted me after I had brought up the issue with them. Then they offered a refund, which I accepted and they never sent it,so again, I had to contact them. Then they sent the refund immediately to the wrong PayPal. I'm so done. Their quality of items has dropped, their customer service is terrible, they are no longer a reputable company in my eyes. I didn't even discuss how cheap their items have become, this whole refund business was just the last straw.

CultureFly has provided horrible service and I will never be buying from them again. Here's why: I placed an order at the beginning of December 2020, but after over a week, I didn't hear if it had ever shipped. I send an email to their support, who stated it would be shipping by the end of the week. I waited another week and never heard anything again, so I sent another email. They responded once again that it would be shipping by the end of the week. Within 24 hours I received a notice that it was "fulfilled" but when I checked the tracking number with USPS it stated it was waiting for the item. Over two weeks later, and far past when I should have received my order, I sent another email. This time I didn't receive a reply until after it finally arrived in January. Again, I will never be buying from them again due to this awful experience.
