Cultural IntrigueReviews of culturalintrigue.com

So excited to see everything arrive quickly andin perfect condition. Love the recycled glass Christmas ornaments.

Great selection - wish items were not added to the site until actually available. The pre-order only items added a lot of frustration when working with a deadline. With the exchange rate to Canada, it ended up being pretty expensive but great product and amazing service.

I placed an order for a few paper flowers, very light in weight. The estimate for UPS shipping was almost $12.00. However, it was shipped USPS not UPS, in a paper envelope which cost $5.50 to ship. I was not refunded the shipping difference, and am very shocked and dismayed that this company would do that. Beware!

I have had wonderful experience with the friendly customer service reps at this great company. Thank you!

Great Website Great Service

Not only are the products superior, but the customer service is as well. I have never had a late delivery, I know when something is out of stock and the emails about new products are timely. You were a great find!

I order from CI frequently. I am always happy with my purchases from paper lanterns, vintage glass votives, parasols and more. Great quality for the price.

I've been using Cultural Intrigue as a supplier for several months now. They offer a wide variety of high quality products and shipping is generally fast. I would've given 5 stars but I've had some issues with customers receiving the incorrect items, damaged items or the items were sent to me instead of the customer. Most of my items are received without any problems. The pricing is also a bit on the high side. Other than that they offer great customer service and are very responsive.
