I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).

Update: I did finally receive my purchase 3 weeks after purchase. The only reason I did receive it when I did was because I personally filed a missing package with USPS after it had sat a few hours away from my address for days without moving. They found the package within a few hours and delivered it the next day. Once the company did respond which took days, never once did they offer to even try to reach out to the carrier just stated "I'm sure it will be delivered soon". Although I do enjoy the products I'm not going to purchase from them again. And they should state on their website that the products are shipping directly from China and not that they will arrive within 3-8 days. They have asked me twice to change my review as well, but I think people should now before purchasing that it can take a long time for the purchase to arrive. Purchased multiple items on December 5th, as of December 21st still don't have my purchase and no response from customer service. Was going to make Christmas gifts with this and now I can't. Poor service

This is an “updated” post after Culiau had my original review removed after I said I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the engraving pen and all the defects that came along with it. I’ll admit, they were quick to reach out and make an attempt to correct the issue. They did send me a replacement immediately and after receiving it, I’m more upset than the one I got the first time. The first one took FOREVER to charge and never reached 100% and then when I used it the battery was dropping a percentage for every second I used it. The replacement I received doesn’t turn on or charge AT ALL. I even took a video of me plugging it in and trying to get it to charge. Nothing works. I’ll say it again… don’t waste your time or your money on this product.

Not good. I was given one of the Customiser tools as a Christmas present - powered it up at the time and it worked. It’s been sat in it’s packaging patiently waiting for a task/craft to fully test it on - I finally had something to use it on so charged it up… But it doesn’t turn on! Completely faulty pen, both me and the person who gifted it to me are upset as it’s never been used & doesn’t fall under their 60 day warranty anymore. What a complete waste of money! Reading the reviews it looks as though faulty products are a common issue… Avoid this company & their products.

Decided to come back and edit my review with more details. This company outright lies. They say they are US based but the product comes from China. They also claim their packages are fully insured, yet although you pay for shipping they send it with the cheapest possible shipping method. If there are any issues with delivery the post office is instructed to destroy the package immediately. Instead of apologizing for their blatant misinformation they offered to sell me more products at a discount. I would stay away from this company if you don't want to risk throwing your money away. I am out ~$100 because the post office was using a substitute driver the day my package was meant to be delivered and they destroyed my package the next day. After many attempts to figure out why they told me it was because of the shipping method used by the sender.

In their response to a review on this website they say "If you wish, you can take advantage of our 60-day money-back guarantee, so you can try the product out and if you don't like it, you have 60 days to return it and get your money back." But on their website their return policy says the product must be unused and in the original packaging. They WILL NOT allow you to return a used product. These people are liars and the product is likely a scam.

This company pretends to be made in Wisconsin. In fact it is a front and is produced and shipped from China. It is a front and not honest company.
