Ordered my item last month, yet no shipping updates. Haven't received it or a reply from Culiau whatsoever. After reading this, my expectations are zero and I am gonna cancel my order. What a shame. They just turned out to be like every other company where it was just doing so much promo to sell and sell yet nothing to retain. the email reply rate is disgusting. update: what does confuse me, is that when you say you don't have enough people to read the number of emails you get, yet somehow you have the time to read and even reply to almost every single comment in trust pilot is very confusing. I was unable to reach your business directly despite being an actual customer, However, I got in contact with you guys through a secondary route. which doesn't make sense. Please hire more people or figure your things out because honestly after paying as much as I did, This level of customer service does not cut it. I would not be willing to listen to your issues as the price takes away that grey zone for you guys. This may work for you guys within the US continent, but trust me customers are much worse worldwide. The number one engraving pen won't matter when you take over 30 days to send it without replying to any of the customer's concerns. This is really, and I mean REALLY bad customer rep.

Livraison directe de Chine. Le contenu du kit est de qualité médiocre. À la limite de l’arnaque. A éviter ! (Mieux vaut choisir les pièces séparément chez Cultura ou autre magasin en France.).

I bought the tambour embroidery kit, the video looked great, like you could make amazing items. The product came all squished into a bag, the beads are so tiny you can't really do anything with them. An instruction book and 30 patterns are supposed to be available on-line if you scan the QR code. I scanned the code and get a response that I am supposed to sign up for a monthly charge of $32 to open it. I was so excited to be learning another new hobbie, I had to go to Amazon and buy everything seperately and watch utube to see how it is done. I have written about 6 emails to Culiau and got an automatic response that they have formed a ticket, that was 6 day ago and I haven't gotten a response back yet. I don't consider this customer service. I will never make the mistake of dealing with these people again and want to warn others to stay away.

I liked this while it was working but it failed within 6months - wouldn’t switch on or fully charge. No option to repair it and as the guarantee is only 60 days the only solution was to buy another. Was offered discount on a new unit, they added insult to injury by offering to extend the guarantee to a year for an additional 20% on the purchase price. I’m not prepared to throw away more money, regardless of discount, on a product that even the manufacturer won’t back for more than 60 days. Poor quality product and poor customer service - buyer beware! Edit: in response to Culiau’s suggestion below that I reach out to their customer service team they should be able to see from their records that I did this before posting my review and there was no satisfactory resolution - all they could offer was that I buy a new unit. They have my contact details if they would like to reach out to me and offer a more helpful solution to convince me that their product and customer service are better.

It broke within a couple of months of purchase, the company sent a replacement. That also broke after 7 months. They refused to replace it but offered a discount if I bought another one.

I purchased 3 of these they looked so impressive...2 for my kids and one for my best friend. We are all jewelry makers. The bits all suck. I couldn't engrave on a piece of bone, on glass, and barely even on wood without the motor dragging almost to a halt. I hate wasting money, don't waste yours

Used once, was just trying to get used to it. Didn't use for long. Next try, it quit working about 10 minutes into it. Would turn on after that but turn off when the bit hit the wood. I emailed support and never heard anything back. That was several months ago. Disappointed I threw it in a drawer and forgot about it. Pulled it out yesterday, battery was still charged at 88% but WILL NOT turn on. So disappointed that nobody got back to me. What a waste. I so badly want this thing to work but I'm not buying another one after this experience.
