Bought both wood burner and engraver; with a few extras. Yes, detailed, written “how to” manuals would be nice, but these reviews here are harsh. These are handy gadgets, adequately preforming for the price. Mine worked fine, charge on engraver lasts about 70 minutes so may have to buy another body, but for under $50 not bad!

I received my engraver pen. I used it for maybe 15 minutes. Set it to charge, but it won't charge past 3 lights. Used the website to explain the issue, but no response. I then emailed them with the issues. I explained I wanted a replacement or a refund. Update... So Culiau DID reach out! They will send a new one. I'm hoping they verify it charges. I like this thing. Does what I want. They have been great now. Thank You Ok so to follow up at thier reply. I did receive a 2nd unit. I emailed them on thier customer service li k. NO REPLY. I email them thru my direct email, No reply. So I have to give up now. No reply means no service. Please do not attempt to reach me again.
