Culiau StoreReviews of culiau.com

brilliant and quick service would recommend to everyone

After I first received two Engraving Pens, with whose quality I was not satisfied, I complained and immediately received a reply from Culiau. This fact in itself gave me reason to be happy. The fact that then they also offered to replace the two devices as quickly as possible impressed me and made me even happier. I received the package two weks later - just in time for my daughter's birthday, to whom I am gifting one of the two devices. Thank you, Culiau, for your exceptionally good support! That is not to be taken for granted - with all the crooked deals in online retail.

I just got my Customizer in the mail and it’s honestly a brilliant tool. Perfect for engraving on the fly, crafts and detailing on a miniature level. I got the Customizer 3.0 and the LCD screen is a really nice touch! It’s simple to use, right out of the box and ready to go! Super user friendly too. As a graphic designer, the packaging is really neat and compact, and so is the instructional manual. Overall the device is incredibly user friendly and the extra drill bits that were thrown in with the purchase are really useful! 10/10 - getting another soon for my brother :D

Experience has been great! Website is very informative of product descriptions and details. Product arrived in a timely manner and every part included. Had some questions regarding one of the bits that seemed defective, but customer service responded within 24-hrs and were very helpful and reset my expectations. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a craft/creative mindset or desiring to develop one.

received a faulty engraving pen and reached out at first didn't get a response. they did a few days later. and replaced the pen with a new one. thanks for that.

I bought the “Customizer” and I can’t believe how professional it is and the logistic. It arrived in 10 days and they sent me a special code so I could track where it was ♥️😍
