I usually don't leave reviews but for this I had to.i bought the engraving tool.super fast shipping.only problem was there was a issue with the bits staying in the tool.i email ed customer service,got a reply within 2 hours.i was asked to send a video and pics,which I did.again a reply super quick telling me a new one is on its way.unreal,no questions asked.and to my surprise they also included a extra item for the inconvenience.what more can you ask for.5 Stars..No 10 STARS HANDS DOWN. Definitely will keep this company on the TOP of my Shopping list THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU. AL FONTAINE
