I am a scrapbooking card making diva! I have many "toys" that I use and was very happy to engrave my name and phone on them in the event that I loan them or someone takes them, "God forbid". We've cataloged many of our personal items. It is so easy to use and hold.

I love this product as it is small and fits in my hands. Larger engraving tools were very clumsy for me. I am engraving on glass and perspex so not all the drill bits are useful for me but there about a dozen that give me a range of effects.

At this point my review is mainly for the customer service I have received. They have been very responive and helpful with informing me on how to get started. My intended use was aimed more at carving and i didn't realize the included bits are not designed for that application. So the proper tools are on the way! The pen seems to be put together very well and I'm sure it will do the job well.

Elizabeth bought the items for me to allow me to enhance my pyrography craft work. They are beautiful instruments and create fantastic texture. I’m an ex soldier and suffered limb loss, and having given up wood turning, needed a new craft. Thankyou. David
