If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered custom adult large pajama pants & they fit me (I’m an XS/S) - they were supposed to be for my dad. On top of the fact that they don’t even come close to fitting him, they are the cheapest material, cheapest looking pants I have ever seen. When checking out, I added in some custom socks for my mom & they are just as cheap & barely have any of their dog’s picture on them. All of it will be going in the trash & with the “discounts,” it was a $70 mistake.

Responded back with a no answer. Order not received from 11/17. One email reads product stuck in California. One Email reads item fulfilled in Georgia. Concern comment on their Facebook removed within minutes. But not available to make this right.

In a world of greed and none responses…
In a world of greed and none responses to the customer THIS COMPANY IS FRESH AIR. It's Christmas 2024, I expect slow responses. This company still sees it's customers for the real people they are and not just income. Between very slow responses or for that matter none at all THIS company beats them all. They don't see just income. The customer to them is real. Thank you all at Cuddle Clones.

I accidently ordered the wrong size
I accidently ordered the wrong size. I emailed as soon as I realized it since I was nervous I wouldn't be able to return them. A team member got back to me and let me know I could cancel my order and reorder in the correct size! I was so thankful.

Ordered 11/3/24 Still No Product in Hand
Ordered 11/3/24. Haven’t gotten any word since … no order confirmations, shipping label shows label was made but nothing more than that. So we’re at a month+ later and no word. Can’t get any real response on their site. Will have to go to BBB and stop payment with my credit card if still no response this week. STAY CLEAR!

You need a call in number for support
You need a call in number for support. You also need to provide an ability to change order if received in 24 hours. Disappointed with service.
