My daughter’s dog Cody’s pjs missing
I ordered pjs for my daughter for Christmas and on November 29, 2024.my Visa account was deducted 83.00 but I did not receive any pjs or notice when it will ship. It has pictures of her dog Cody. We did not realize that CODY HAD CANCER AND HE Died ON December 15,2024. I did not receive any confirmation of the shipping date. Can someone please tell me if the order is being processed?

Christmas Eve at 630p
Christmas Eve at 630p. No delivery although paid for guaranteed by Christmas. No response to multiple emails requesting update on delivery. Sad that a company would market for Christmas then ghost the customer. I wonder how many others were duped?

Charges but doesn't deliver
Ordered pajamas for a Christmas present. Paid for the extra delivery charges for guaranteed 2 week delivery before Christmas just to be absolutely sure, even thoughit shouldn't have been an issue. It is now Christmas and I just finished on the phone with DHL. CuddleClones printed the label on the 16th, but apparently never gave it to DHL. The present is useless, since the person I was giving it to leaves in the morning, and won't be back in the US for 2 years. They don't respond to emails. You can't call them. I'll be calling my credit card tomorrow morning DO NOT USE. In regards to them "reaching out to me via email", it was basically them saying too bad. They are a rip off

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. The only good thing I can say is that the items came in time for Christmas (I ordered them at the beginning of November), but the PJ shorts only have two pets, not the three I paid for, are insanely small AND short even though I ordered the 7" inseam length, and trying to get in touch with customer service over the last two weeks has been a joke. I had to find an alternate gift because there is no way these will fit my 6'1 son. This company is a complete scam.

Best I can tell
Best I can tell, this company are liars and a fraud. Responses are automated. No way to get in touch with them. Paid for expedited delivery. Nothing has arrived. They seem to have created a shipping tag, but no product ever sent. Awful. STAY AWAY

Terrible customer service!!!!!! Beware buyer!!
I ordered one on November 27th and paid the up charge for 2 week delivery. We’re 1 day away from Christmas and I’ve emailed and texted numerous times wanting to know of whereabouts of my package to no avail. It shows tracking in California for the last week and a half. If they would just text or email me it would help but I’ve read NOTHING!! People need to be aware of this problem!!
