During the holiday season, especially around Christmas, our team works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays. When placing an order, customers do have the opportunity to review and edit the shipping address during checkout. Once the order is submitted, we proceed under the assumption that the address provided is correct, as it’s directly entered by the customer. I completely understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially when the gift was intended for your daughter. While we always do our best to accommodate changes, the fast-paced nature of our holiday production and shipping can limit our ability to intercept or modify orders once they are in process. We understand how important it was for your order to arrive in time for Easter, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment and frustration this situation caused, especially knowing your kids had to go without their special Easter surprise. Regarding our response times, we do advise our customers that replies may take 24–48 hours due to rest days, after-hours messages, and occasional backlogs in our customer service. That said, please know that we are always doing our best to follow up as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In terms of the rush fee and shipping, we completely understand your frustration. Please allow us to explain — whenever a delay or mishap occurs due to our company's mistake, we absolutely take responsibility and ensure that the appropriate refund is issued. However, in this case, the item was produced and shipped within the promised time frame. Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the courier, any delays or errors are out of our control. Since the package was marked as lost and later delivered late by the courier, we are not able to refund the rush fee, as it wasn’t due to a mistake on our end. We are happy your kids finally received their gifts, and we hope they loved them!
