I live an hour away from Akron Ohio and shipping charge is $40. This is absolutely unacceptable. Customer service thru chat said theres nothing they can do about the charge. With all the complaints about refunds I cant afford to loose $40 as they are pocketing at least $30 of that. Also cant see all info given once added to cart

Bought a cuddle clone as a replica of our recently deceased souldog. We are so disappointed and appalled at the result, it is a dishonour to her memory. We had to wait over a month for the item to arrive in the UK, even though we paid extra for a rushed creation. It looked nothing like her at all, it didn't even look like a dog honestly. It looked cheaply made, the fur was rough, the zip looked cheap and kept getting stuck, the heartbeat didn't work at all, the colouring was off and didn't match the pictures we sent of our dog; we paid extra for these things for it to turn out like this... We also kept receiving disrespectful and unethical emails from them talking about our pug, dispite her recent passing and their knowledge of our grief. Do not buy from this company, they do not care or put any effort in. Their support team seem like robots with their lack of empathy. Save yourself the heartbreak and expense, don't buy from this company!

My mother lost her fur baby unexpectedly and too soon in January of this year (2025) and since then she has wanted nothing more than to hold her precious Miyo one more time. I decided to give Cuddle Clones a try and I don’t regret it one bit. The second I presented this Cuddle Clones to my mom she instantly cried tears of joy and held him tightly, even putting on the collar that she held onto from the real Miyo. Cuddle Clones has been nothing short of exceptional with the craftsmanship (this plush really does look like a clone—especially with the eyes and fur coloring!) as well as their consistent communication. Just within the first 24 hours of my mother having her Miyo clone, she has carried him around the house, placed him on the corner of her desk while she works (just as the real Miyo used to do), and has even slept with him. She told me that she slept so much better than she has for essentially the whole year thus far. I cannot thank Cuddle Clones enough for helping me fill the Miyo shaped hole in my mother’s heart that so desperately needed to be fixed. This clone could never replace the real one, but it brings such a special and needed comfort to my mom who desperately was lacking it prior to this gift arriving. I am amazingly suprized at how life like he is, one small thing that is a little bit off is the coloring of the face is too dark but the rest is so life like its like having him back again. He died in a tragic way which damaged my health, gave me ptsd and got me sent to a clinic for 2months and now its like having him back. Even though i know logically its not him but its an amazing comfort. Ive put one of his little jackets on him and im going to fix him with velcro onto a childs skateboard and take him for his walks like i used to, and i dont even car about how stupid i going to look. Hello all at Cuddle Clones, when our clones of Rosie and Charlie arrived at our house, we were totally amazed. They were way beyond our expectations. Rosie and Charlie, both of whom passed on this June 30 were like two peas in a pod. They were best buddies for 13+ years, and if we didn’t know any better, we would have sworn they were twins. Couple of years ago, Rosie’s hearing started to decline, and Charlie’s sight also started to fade. If we thought they couldn’t get any closer, they became each other’s eyes and ears. So, as incredibly difficult as it was, we decided they should begin their next journey “together” as well. We couldn’t be selfish and keep one a few months longer just for us. Their health and quality of life had to be the only consideration. Because of our ages, Charlie and Rosie may have been our last 2 dogs, which has added to our unfathomable grief. Except for four years early in our 50 year marriage, I have never been without at least one dog in my entire life. On June 30, when the vet walked into the room with two syringes, I wished she had 3 of them. Worst day of my life. Now the worst time of the day is our bedtime. Charlie always laid between our heads and Rosie between our knees. True story here----many years ago, I actually dreamt that Sophia Loren was giving me a hickey. Woke up to find Charlie licking my neck. Yes, at the time it was a tad disappointing. Now I would take Charlie over Sophia. Well thanks again for your excellent work and you now have 2 publicists for your company. Whenever possible, we will be forever talking up your company and its excellent products.
