Wonderful way to accept the grief after losing a loved pet. We found it really helped us process the emptiness. Also, our other dog has been grieving tremendously. When we got the plush, she instantly began to wag her tail for the first time in a month, still knowing it wasn't real, but she now sleeps with it just like she did her sister. It's given her great comfort.

i sadly lost my cat Puss earlier this july, it’s obviously been a very heartbreaking time. As a plushie lover and always seeing those custom pet plushie ad’s i thought i’d have a look. i made my custom cat adding photos of my cat, picking eye colour ect. i added to cart and as it is quite an expensive item i didn’t checkout, i can’t afford this as much as i want it. Going on the past maybe ten days i’ve had constant emails from Cuddle Clones, not just asking me to checkout but saying things such as “still picturing holding puss again?” “hold puss close again” “before puss gives up” “still reaching for puss in the quiet moments” “this is your last reminder!” “give yourself permission to hold puss again” “you still have time to hold puss again” - i was hoping to add photos but that isn’t an option. But this is insane! it’s everyday (multiple times a day) with awful messages to send to someone grieving and vulnerable! i’m in shock this is allowed and hasn’t been mentioned. This broke me i’m not going to lie.

I’m a customer from Asia who was looking for a plush to represent my beloved pet. I saw many mixed reviews, both positive and negative, but decided to give Cuddle Clones a try. Overall, it was a very good experience for me. At first, I wasn’t very satisfied with the result. The plush didn’t really look like my pet, and there were several details I wanted to change. However, since import taxes to my country are quite expensive, sending the plush back and receiving a new one would’ve doubled my costs. So I contacted their service team for help. They were very understanding, and I could feel their genuine care through their responses. They truly wanted me to be happy with the plush that would represent my beloved animal. In the end, they tried their best to give me a good experience—they even offered to remake the plush for me, covering the import taxes themselves, without requiring me to send the first plush back. I really felt their effort and sincerity. In the end, I decided to pay the import taxes myself for the 2nd plush, as I was happy with how it turned out. Throughout the process, which took some time and required several conversations, I never received any rude or dismissive replies from them. Their service remained polite and respectful every step of the way. Of course, a plush can never be 100% identical to a real pet—there are always limitations with materials and production methods. But for me, the second plush looked very much like my dog. If you want something even more realistic, I think you may need to pay extra for a different level of work, but I’m very satisfied with what I received. Overall, it was a good experience for me. The two plushies I received are named Mon(my pet name) and Pepper.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Cuddle Clones. They created the most incredible, lifelike replica of my sweet girl Willow, who passed away in April. The attention to detail was beyond anything I expected — they truly captured her essence. What meant the most to me was how flexible and understanding they were with my need to get her coloring just right. I was able to send numerous additional photos throughout the process, and they worked closely with me to make sure everything was perfect. When the clone arrived, I was speechless. From the unique markings to the expression in her eyes, it genuinely felt like Willow was back home with me. It’s brought so much comfort during a really tough time. This won’t be my last order — I already plan to get a bobblehead, golf head cover, and more to celebrate Willow’s memory. Thank you, Cuddle Clones, for giving me a piece of her back. I’m forever grateful. ❤

I was skeptical to order, but I’m so glad I went with my instinct to purchase a cuddle clone! My mom’s dog passed unexpectedly, and her heart has been broken. I wanted to give her a gift of comfort while she is grieving and she is in love with her cuddle clone! I was shocked when I opened to check it myself before I gave it to her. Absolutely amazing!!! I will tell people over and over that this is the best place to give such a beautiful gift!! Thank you to everyone at cuddle clone!!!

Best gift ever received from my two best friends, Betsy and Alice. Clone looks exactly like my Olivia Rose. Brought me much solace. Highly recommend Cuddle Clones to anyone that is grieving the loss of their furbaby that has crossed. Amazing work!!!!

UPDATE. 6/6/2025 After I contacted Discover about my issues with Cuddle Clones, I immediately received an email from customer service asking what they could do to assist me. They asked me to have the chargeback removed as it hurts their business.i did not reply. I had already been that route with no resolution or information I was looking for. Miraculously my CC was shipped and I received it yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised! The golf head cover was well made and looked exactly like our cat! Whoever made this work of art did a fantastic job. I could not be more pleased. I will leave my original review below to warn others about the shipping process, lack of transparency and no ability to speak to a human regarding the order. I withdrew the claim with Discover today, as well, because I received the product. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 in my previous post. I felt that was a fair assessment of my total experience. 6/2/2025 My experience with Cuddle Clones has been challenging. They suck you in with their slick website. No phone support. AI generated emails. They have NO internal tracking of where your order is in the system. You receive a USPS tracking number almost immediately. It will state a label has been created in Akron OH. Mine was created 5/13/25. Today is 6/3/25. No updated shipping info. Email states update begin in 2/3 days. Then it’s 2 weeks. If no movement after 30 days they will consider it lost. Every email says “we understand your frustration but be patient.” I contacted Discover to begin a fraud investigation. I gave them detailed information and Cuddle Clones was notified. I received an email from CC three days later asking me to withdraw the chargeback stating it makes the company “look bad” This company is all smoke and mirrors. There are better options out there.
