Customer care is very rapid in communication

I purchased a sweater with a picture of my dog on it. Unfortunately it did not turn out as expected or hoped. Through the process I provided a picture and it was digitized for the shirt. I was provided a black and white picture of my dog on a blue sweater. The product examples used showed great pictures on the website, making the digital picture look very similar to the pet in digital art and color. Before purchase I did not release you can only use 4 colors and the color of the sweater is one of them. Knowing that is key. My dog is blue or lilac fawn pit bull. So I kept being shown to my assessment just a “black and white” picture of my dog on a blue sweater. I did not want just some generic black and white picture of my dog. After multiple requests and reaching out to customer service was able to get something that resembled my dog’s fur color with cute pink accents to her face around her eyes, ears and nose. But the “artist” could not communicate back with me. I was provided a link with an example of the product and a comment box for me to make critiques, maybe the artist could have offered me suggestions or suggested a different color shirt to enhance the use of ONLY 4 colors. In describing my dogs colors I think I confused the artist. Blue-fawn is kind of a light brown with a grey sheen, so my dog is not grey or brown but I tried giving examples like light brown or taupe. My dog has white markings on the chest, paws and face I was never concerned about the color white because white is white but somehow I got light brown on the “white” areas and dark brown on the shadow areas and my dogs colored fur, I had to request pink accents on the face to add some character. Still getting essentially a brown and light (black and white) photo of my dog on a blue sweater it just does not look right, I paid 120$ and got such an odd product that I will not wear. I just was unsure of their color pallet, how the shading would work and what colors I was even using of my 4 colors. Customer service has not reached out after my initial complaint and concern, even though they said they would reply on or before a certain date, but have not. I have purchased other items like the pajama set and pajama bottoms and they turned out great as gifts for other people unfortunately, but the one gift I tried to buy for myself the most expensive item that I have purchased from this company might I add, turned out to be the most disappointing.

I have used this for a few memorials for pets in the family and they are always helpful and courteous. I had a promotion I was attempting to redeem but the website wouldn't allow me to input it, I reached out via their chat and was given all the assistance needed to get everything I was looking for.

The head over we received of our golden retriever was amazing and it was received timely. Our dog even thought it was another dog and wanted to play with it. Thank you and highly recommended!!

Excellent care thank you

I decided to get a Cuddle Clone, not for myself but for an autistic child that kinda grew up with my dog. This child always referred to my dog as “our dog” which I thought was cute. They had a very special bond and the child was still saying how sad he was after almost 2 years of my beloved dog having been gone. I sent for the Cuddle Clone and I was so extremely happy with all the litters details I gave, were all right there. I unfollowed had to send the Cuddle Clone back but only because the main fur color came a bit too dark. I was worried, since it’s for the child who is so VERY detail oriented, the clone may not make him as happy. Cuddle Clones absolutely came to my rescue and said they could take it back and lighten the fur up for me! I can’t wait to unpackage the upgraded Cuddle Clone. Great service. 😁 Absolutely worth the money.

So far the communication has been awesome. I haven't received my cuddle clones yet, but I'm confident they're doing an excellent job. They have been patient with me sending so many pics and comments about my pet. They seem to be very thorough and wanting to make sure its perfect. I'm very excited, and glad I invested in this. I'm hoping it gives me some comfort with coping with my tremendous grief if losing my Marley baby. ❤️
