We understand how disappointing this can be, especially given the sentimental value involved. Regarding the charge you mentioned, the order in question was properly refunded in full. The amount you’re seeing in your bank account is a pending authorization, not a completed or posted charge. These pending holds are placed by banks during the refund process and typically disappear automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policies. All of this information has already been shared with you via email, but we’re more than happy to continue helping if anything remains unclear or if you’d like us to walk through it again with you.
