I purchased 2 cuddle clones of my pets. One came out okay, but didn't have the correct ears and unique tail my pet had. I had sent easily 30+ pictures of this pet specifically. This was a unique looking pet with many different colors, and I feel they did a decent job on the coloring and markings. The dog one I ordered however, looks nothing like my dog in the face. The mouth looks unfinished, it looks like he has pink lipstick, and the eyes are incorrect. The wrinkles on his forehead were important and they didn't do any. They got the body right, and if my dog was a generic version of his breed it would have been great. The real disappointment to me though, is that the company isn't posting my review on their site. I even went through the confirmation process on email, and judge . me to prove it was me. It feels deceptive, and because of that we've decided to return the clones instead of having them fix the dog. I understand the clones are not going to be perfect, but I do expect them to look like my pet in the coloring and important markings. Update: While I appreciate cuddle clones allowing me to return the product, I'm still disappointed that they still haven't posted my review on their reviews. I will update once the return process is complete. We returned the clones and you have to pay for your own shipping, which was over $50 cheapest. I've asked CC to also refund me the original shipping cost of $30 to help cover this shipping expense.

Although there web sight has some glitches I beleve it is worth working through. I am still waiting to get my product. But so far the team has been awsome in communicating to ensure they are able to do there best in recreating what made my little buddy so unique....... update it is now July 10th and my clone arrived. It is amazing. When I catch a glimpse of it from the corner of my eye I half expect it to move. My baby was super happy to see the little buddy again. Biggest smiles ever.

Absolutely amazing company, I made a request a week after I place an order and they were able to fulfill my request. I lost my dog two weeks ago, so it means a lot.

I have not received the driver cover yet, but the service and communication by Manuela has been great! I realized that I hadn't included some angles of my dog and messaged the service team. She responded the next day, I sent a handful of more pics, and she confirmed the receipt of the pics. Thanks, Manuela! I can't wait to get the cover!

I can't say enough great things about this company. The communication was outstanding from the additional email requesting more pictures to make my girl perfect, to the updates on where she was in the process. We lost our girl of 18 years and were devastated. I decided to try this just to see. We LOVE HER, she is perfect. She came right at a time when we really needed some comfort and our house feels less empty. I couple of times I was startled walking into the room. LOL. Highly recommend. THANKS!

I am so happy with my cuddle clone of my beloved Maxwell. It brings a smile to my face every morning. The artists did such a wonderful job capturing the specialness of what makes Max so adorable. I was so happy with my cuddle clone that I immediately ordered another one of my sweet boy I lost recently. The artists are 5 star artists all the way.
