The response was fast and courteous, very kind people!

Gave my wife a Cuddle Clone for her 50th birthday. When she opened up the gift she recognized her dog immediately. Tears of joy. Their expedited shipping got it to her with a few days to spare.

Absolutely amazing company and product! I ordered a plush of my dear cat who I lost last year to old age and have been struggling to come to terms with the loss. Immediately after ordering I received an email with a promotional code for free rush delivery (due to starting an order previously but not finishing it). So I emailed the team asking if there was a chance they could apply this to my actual order and within an hour I received a response to say this had been done, no problem! My order was in fact rushed and today I received my plush… I sobbed and sobbed. After a few squishes and manipulating the shape of his face/position of his front legs a bit (he had become a little squashed in transit), he is just absolutely perfect! The likeness is so uncanny and despite his fur being slightly lighter just around the mouth and at the tip of his tail, he is just perfect in every other way. Cannot believe how lifelike he looks and it really feels like he’s with me again. It’s so good to hug and kiss him. Thank you so much to the person/people who worked on my Monty plush, I am so grateful you brought him back to me. You really listened to my specific requests (I.e. some darker lines on his forehead and paler mane and underbelly) - I am so full of love all over again! Highly recommend. (And for those who are upset the face isn’t right when they receive their plush, try some squishing and squashing until it looks right, it really makes a huge difference!!)

The golf head cover exceeded my expectations! Great product and proud to have in my bag. Have received many comments and compliments on it!!

Cuddle Clones meticulously detailed work, has helped me in my grief journey with losing my cat who was a daughter to me. I wasn’t able to eat or go about daily life when she passed, but Cuddle Clones and there highly skilled artisans incorporated who she was into her clone. Everyday I am still able to live with her and have her in my life, it truly is amazing work with flawless execution.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I have still gotten NO product from this company. They are $300.00 plus richer and I am left with nothing.

Everyone is so helpful and patient. I'm so excited to see their work!

I’m still waiting on the product but the order phase has been very good.
