Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

I can't believe how my precious Frank came out. I can't thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ 💓 💜. I can't believe that's my Frank. Love ❤️ it.

Thank you for making cuddle clone. The experience has been great. It was very well received by the person it was made for. You did a good job and it really touched the person it was made for so thank you very much. I would recommend this company to anyone who had a need for a clone. Thank you again!

Cuddle Clown customer support is so awesome they go above and beyond to make your pet perfect. Even when you think it is not going to be able to happen, they work with you to get the right photos. And they made my pet so personal with his name on his tag.

I love ❤️ love my plushie replica of my fur baby 🐶

A Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish We ordered a Cuddle Clone of our recently departed Bandit for the holidays, paying the rush fee to ensure it arrived in time. Following the detailed order instructions, we provided numerous photos and descriptions to help Cuddle Clones accurately capture Bandit's unique physical traits and likeness. Bandit was a sweet Shih Tzu, and we hoped for a heartwarming tribute. When the Cuddle Clone arrived, we were immediately disappointed. The plush toy resembled a generic "small dog" with only some fur color patterns similar to Bandit's. We contacted Cuddle Clones about alterations, and they provided return instructions, which we promptly followed. Fast forward to the end of May, over five months after we sent it back for modifications. During this period, we repeatedly reached out for updates and were consistently told that it was still in progress. This week, Cuddle Clones finally sent an image of the updated Cuddle Clone, asking for approval. Unfortunately, the likeness was still nowhere near the level of customization and resemblance promoted on their website. After expressing our continued disappointment, Cuddle Clones issued a full refund. While we appreciated the refund, the entire process was frustrating and disheartening. The examples showcased on their website seem to be exceptions rather than the rule. Overall, our experience with Cuddle Clones was a major letdown. It was not worth the time, effort, or money. We hope others have better luck, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend their service.

I ordered my Cuddle Clone of my beloved GSD Ruth, a Mobility Assistance/Service Dog who had been at my side for 11 years & 15 days, including 9 flights between the US & the UK & a permanent move to Wales in 2018. Ruthie died on 22 April 2024, at the age of 14 years & 7 months. She was originally trained as a Police Dog for the New Mexico State Police, but failed because she was far too gentle. The Cuddle Clone of Ruth arrived today, and I sobbed. It looks EXACTLY like her, the black spot on her tongue, the kink in her tail, her beautiful alert & pointy ears, and variegation of sable on her paws on her otherwise black fur. I put Ruthie's purple collar on the clone, and it fit perfectly! This will serve as a visual bandage on an otherwise deeply empty hole in my life. The Ukrainian family who have lived with us for the last 2 years each have done a double-take when seeing her for the first time. Thank you.

When I first laid eyes on my cuddle clone, I literally cried. She is beautiful. For 18 months, I’ve cried everyday just wanting to see my baby girl. Looking at her cuddle clone, I feel so much comfort. I never truly believed that anyone would be able to capture her, to my amazement, she is identical. Even the crooked x across her nose matches perfectly.

After 2 other attempts it still doesn’t look like her. Just see pics if it allows. Had to pay an extra $40 to return one. Over $200 for it.
