Compré 1 bala de gas para entregar en cuba. Antes de 24 horas la estaban llevando ( el contrato decía de 1-7 días) pues la persona no estaba en casa porque no le avisaron antes, que debe ser lógico que llamen. Quien estaba en casa dice que los de la entrega fueron bastante groseros y dijeron QUE ELLOS NO TENÍAN QUE LLAMAR A NADIE, creo q es una gran falta de profesionalidad porque eso no es un favor, bastante caro que se paga para ese servicio

Currently, it appears that creating an account is restricted to users in the US and a limited number of European countries, which prevented me from making a purchase as I am not located in one of these regions although I'm in Europe. Even after managing to create an account through unconventional means, I discovered that only the credit card associated with the account holder can be used for payments. I was unable to use my wife's credit card, which felt like a very outdated restriction. My intention was to purchase a motorbike, but these issues made it impossible to complete the transaction. In one instance, my sister, who lives in the US, had to create an account with her phone number. However, I was then informed I couldn't use my own card, and she had to use hers, requiring me to transfer the money to her. This entire process was unnecessarily complicated. Ultimately, I had to purchase the item elsewhere due to these significant hurdles. I hope this feedback helps in improving the user experience for international customer
