The assistance given by the customer service staff was instrumental in helping me with a rush order. I would not have been able to get everything approved and ready to go into production without their help.

The product is great. I love how I was able to get a picture and approve it before it was made. What made me mad was that I was forced to pay for 2-day shipping. I didn't need it that fast. Why would I want to pay that much?

They were all beautiful and unique gifts that allowed me to say thank you in my own words.I also ordeted a vase as a wedding gift for my daughter which was equally well done. Staff made suggestions on fonta style or format if they forsaw a possible issue. Very satisfied on all fronts with all 4 gifts ordered. Highly recommend.
