I'm getting acrylic vertical stand plaques made of my favorite quotes to place around home and office for inspiration. I create camera ready art in powerpoint, send it, approve a proof next day, a few days later it's on my doorstep and it's perfect! I've done three now and will do probably another half dozen before I'm done and this is the perfect service to bring the ideas into 3dD

Prior to receiving my package, I spoke with them on the phone. Customer service was great. Very helpful and assisting. When I got my package I was a little disappointed. It was still nice, however, I was expecting my plaque to be made of nicer material. I ordered Eclipse Piano Finish Black Plaque - Hi-Relief Aluminum Blue Marble Plate (s). I was excited, under the impression I was getting marble. It was not made of marble at all.

Thank you for the review submission. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding as the product title is to describe the design style and we indicate material of the product right next to the product name on the product detail page as "Wood, Metal" to confirm what materials were used on this product. In the description tab, we further provide bullet points for each part and material component for the plaque. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. -CrystalPlus.com Management Team

One of the awards that I purchased for my company arrived with a misspelled name, which I brought up with CrystalPlus. The service technician was very helpful in providing a quick response and even sourced the error, which they immediately resolved. We received our replacement in 48 hours with complete instructions on how to return the misspelled award with the enclosed shipping label. Everything came right when we needed it! Very attentive, and very good service. Full disclosure: my company is located within 20 miles of the shipping warehouse that CrystalPlus uses, which may have lended a hand in the immediate response.
