The product I ordered, acrylic heart, was perfect. I took the chance of not viewing the sample as I have seen their work before at the university that I work at. It was engraved for valentines day, very nice.

I was highly satisfied with the personalized obelisk of success product

Thank you for your great service and amd wonderful Crystal products that can be inscribed, to make it perfect gift! Sruly

Crystal Plus produced a sparkling and beautiful award that is surprisingly heavy and made a huge impact upon the recipient and the crowd. They got it to me within just a few days' time. I was happily surprised to be able to present this impressive award for a reasonable price within a very short time period. Thank you!

Sales rep was very helpful and polite. Shipping was extremely quick. Most importantly the product was fantastic! Will definitely use again!

I don't have a lot of time to spend on the phone, back and forth, so to be able to design, review and approve my purchase all within the same day, just via email was great. Receiving the product within a week - amazing! This is the second time I've used this company (for our company's annual desktop award) and will be using them again in the future.

I am hosting a game party at my home and so purchased personalized shot glasses as prizes for the winners of one of the game competitions. The glasses are impressive, and I will use this vendor again. Very pleased.

This was a last minute plaque needed for a retirement party in a week and it was during a Holiday week. To my shock & surprise and absolute JOY, they not only made the deadline for me, the product was beyond beautiful! They make sure everything is correct before you give them the go ahead to start engraving so there are no errors. EXCELLENT experience!!!
