Ordered 5 plaques the same except for name so debugged the first one first and just had it copied. The back and forth update process on line and approval was precise and order processing fast. Had to call in at one point for clarification and that likewise was efficient.

It was a relatively easy process. I would really have liked to be able to talk to someone (perhaps I could have done so and just didn't try hard enough) It's a little hard to envision the final product but it did come out beautifully and arrived very timely. Very happy with the result.
