Hello, Thanks for the input. We greatly appreciate your time in leaving us a review. Please allow us to reiterate our order process. As stated on our website, artwork proofs are sent within 24 business hours after order submission. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding of some sort because we are showing that an artwork proof was sent within 15 minutes after the order was placed. When you requested to have changes made to the initial artwork proof, we sent a revised proof within 30 minutes to which you replied with your proof approval shortly after. As far as the payment, we do indicate the payment processing on each product detail page - under the "payment" tab. On most online shopping websites, we find that the payment is usually completed once you check out the order with your credit card information, whereas we initially request to authorize the payment fund and only complete/ capture payment when we send out the proof. As for production time, as stated on our website, once approved, it takes 48 hours to complete the engraving process. Additionally, as shipping transit time is based on your zip code per UPS/FedEx shipping transit time, the selected Standard method takes 4-5 business days to arrive, to which, your order arrived within this time frame. We always send an email with the Estimated Arrival Date once we receive the proof approval. Based on your tracking details with FedEx, your order arrived earlier than the expected date indicated in this said 'In-Production' email. Hello, Thank you for your input. We greatly appreciate your time. After reviewing your order details, we can confirm that we have used the maximum available engraving area to set up the proof & engraving layout. Due to the curvature of the bowl ordered, if we were to go any larger, it may cause warping to the engraving information. Please also note, during proof processing, we provided the artwork proof which shows the item and engraving layout in actual size - which you reviewed and approved to proceed.
