The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to get a hold of someone using the chat program whenever we ran into problems. Our first proof draft did not come back as we wanted and the designers were able to quickly fix our problems the second time around. The products came quicker than expected and also looked and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We chose this vase as a Courageous Award, for an individual that has been fighting many cancer reoccurrences, deaths of close family members, among other things. I seen the reviews, and decided to order this vase. It took an edit to get the script correct, but the outcome was absolutely beautiful. The vase is of great quality, and just sparkles! Someone would be so proud to display this. I would highly recommend this vase, if you were interested in ordering.

The website is user friendly. I was able to make my choice with ease. The delivery of my order was quickly and the packaging was more than sufficient. The vase itself is excellent and the etching was too. I was not disappointed at all and will order from them again.

First time I ordered from this company and had lots of questions. When speaking to Customer Service, I was walked through the entire process, step by step. When I was finished with my product, she made me review everything step by step to insure everything was correct. When changes were to be made, no questions asked, just did what I asked them to do. When I received my product, it was what I wanted,in perfect condition and the perfect gift.
