On time. Perfect service

I bought the tall crystal basketball trophy and had it custom engraved. Design team took my design and made it much better! The quality of the engraving was very good. Packaging helps to make it look even nicer. Only negative was the "standard" shipping charge of over $20. Pricey for one piece weighing only 4 lbs. I would definitely order again, but will keep shipping charges in mind before deciding on how much to spend.

Very pleased as a first time customer with the service, the website's easy ordering, and the final product.

It was truly a pleasure to order appreciation gifts from CrystalPlus.com. The Kosta Boda crystal items are beautiful and the graphic design department was extremely helpful in designing our artwork for these gifts. I was very impressed with the speed of production and shipping and the communications I received in processing this order. We are very happy with the personalized gifts and know our honored recipients will be thrilled.

Excellent customer service, super fast shipping, great product. My wife absolutely loved the gift. Would definitely buy from them again.
