My glass engraved number one was just what I ordered. It arrived on time in good shape and my husband was very happy with the gift. The whole experience was very professional. So I would order again from you again gladly

The site was easy to navigate and to order from. Problem arrived when my order arrived. They shipped my order to someone else and i received someone else's order! Anh was easy to work with and made every effort to make it right. I understand mistakes happen, but the resolution was not quick nor easy.

Nice keepsake. Photo was more towards the back of the item, rather thank centered, but for where it rests on the shelf it's perfect.
