I was a little confused because I believed I was getting a larger on board credit, that’s why we signed up to go. You stated an on board credit up to $1500. Looks like we’re getting $50. Is this right?

False advertisement! They do not live up to their promises. I lost over 10 hours of work trying to fix their screw ups, and they still screwed me out of $200. Do not book with this company

The experience was very good. Janet Delpino took care of myself and another party by taking the time and taking a phone call at home late in the evening so that we could take advantage of the Black Friday special offers that we're going on!! I have worked with Janet on several occasions and the experience has always been very very good and extremely professional!!

My agent Mary Gene was very helpful in getting me a substantial OBC when the prices dropped after my final payment. To my surprise, I also was upgraded as I physically stepped onto the ship! We went from Inside Promenade on deck 7 to a balcony overlooking Central Park on deck 11 on the Oasis. The balcony came in very handy and was much appreciated. My issues with Cruises.com are: They charge a booking fee, I could only communicate by phone, not by e-mail, and their extra offers are not as generous as those of other online travel agencies.
