Crowne Travels LLCReviews of crownetravels.com

Every thing was great Makka and Medina specially the Medina hotel and restaurant people . I never forget what they did for me thank you so much.Abid he is very professional , fast and patient for everything excellent customer service . Thank you again.

Aslamu Alaykum I would say that over all the Crowne travel team did a good job. My suggestions are as follow. Offer both suhr and iftar package for those going in Ramadan For the tour guides should be someone knowledgeable and speaks the English language. Other than that I enjoyed my time here May Allah accept everyone’s umrah.

Alhamdulillah, I can't recommend this company enough! This was my first time performing umrah and this company made it an enjoyable experience. Brother Hamza, who was our point of contact, was exceptional and amazing. He helped us every step of the way, from planning the trip, flights, visas, pricing ,even when we were in Makkah and Madinah, he was easy to get a hold of and was extremely responsive. There was definitely times where I would ask the same thing over and over again (I tend to worry a lot) but brother Hamza was extremely patient, kind, and worked to alleviate my concerns. Every aspect of the trip was clearly explained, transportation was well coordinated and always on time. If Allah swt grants us the tawfeeq to go another time, we would definitely want to work with Brother Hamza again! May Allah swt accept their efforts and be pleased with them for facilitating this sacred journey for others.

Alhumdulillah we are home and I wanted to say how perfect the arrangements were. Hamza was very thorough, responsive and took such good care of us. I will recommend him and crown travels to family and friends and definitely use them again ourselves.

Sataish was very helpful during the whole process even though I did not booked with them, she explained all the available options. Thanks.

My dad (75 years old) found Crowne Travels on his own from what I assume was through a Google search. Hamza responded to my dad’s inquiry right away and had numerous phone conversations with my dad to help him plan his Umrah trip with my mom. Every time my dad (an anxious senior citizen with numerous health issues) called Hamza, he answered pleasantly and patiently, easing my dad’s worries. Hamza booked everything for him, from the plane tickets with wheelchair assistance, to the train tickets between Mecca and Madinah, to car service and holy site visits in each, an ofcourse, the hotel stays. Hamza even continued contact with both my parents during their travels, checking in and remaining a consistent support throughout. My parents had an enjoyable and relaxing time due to his efforts, and I would highly recommend Crowne to anyone in a heartbeat.

My family went on a recent Umrah trip managed by Crowne Travels and had a great experience. Our point of contact, HAMZA, was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process (for booking, visas, travels at Medina and Mecca, etc). We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend them for future trips!

Alhamdolillah our trip was great and really pleased with all the services and accommodations provided by Crowne T&T.
