Excellent everything; great job Ibrahim

My family and I embarked on a religious pilgrimage to Makkah and Madinah for Umrah. We opted for the services of Crowne Travels agency, and their agents did an excellent job in making all the necessary arrangements for our journey. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations, and the choice of hotels was quite satisfactory. However, there was one aspect I did not particularly like – the transportation between Makkah and Madinah by car or bus. After a 12-hour plane journey, the additional 4 hours of travel in a car or bus seemed less than ideal. Despite this, we appreciated the efforts of Crowne Travels in coordinating the trip and thank them for their assistance and arrangements.

Ibrahim provided a very detailed, and guidance in all his responses to all the questions I asked. It made the decision easier. I would highly recommend him for travel planning.
