It was all great at the beginning when I contacted them to book a customized umrah package for me and my family. Mr Affan was great communicating with my needs. He created the package the way I wanted.that included our flights and hotels in Madinah and Mecca. He told us both hotels will be 5 star hotels. For Medinah it will be Pullman ZamZam and for Mecca it will be Hilton Convention and assured us they both are very close from Mashid Nawabi and Haram.Based on my own research everything found well and I agreed with package and paid him the money whatever he asked for. There wasn’t even any negotiation for the price. They got the money and he confirmed my flights and sent me flight information but didn’t send me the hotel information for booking or anything like that. Before we left for trip everytime I asked for hotel he said don’t brother your hotels are confirmed as I agreed. I trusted him blindly and gave him the full amount. The trip was for 9 people. You can imagine how much I paid them without negotiating vexatious was happy with the package. Didn’t worry about the money. So we left and we were in Dubai, the day we were getting ready for our flight a travel agency from Saudi Arabia ( who would be providing us ground transportation that includes transport from airport to hotels, Ziyarat er etc) on that document I saw the hotels in both Madinah and Mecca are changed and totally different hotel. I was extremely surprised and disappointed about this. As Crowntravels didn’t even bother to communicate with me about anything for hotel change. For Madinah they changed it from PULLMAN ZAMZAM A 5 STAR HOTEL TO OUTHMAN HITEL IS NOT EVEN A 3 STAR HOTEL. AND GMGOR MECCA THEY CHANGED FROM HILTON CONVENTION 5 star hotel to double tree by Hilton a 4 star hotel. After I kept trying to contact with him and finally he responded just an hour before my flight from Dubai to Madinah that they had to change the hotel unfortunately. I literally couldn’t believe that. And couldn’t tell him anything as I was rushing for our flight. After reaching Madinah at hotel. I was so disappointed about that hotel. Bathroom was dirty, small room, not comfortable. It was so embarrassing infront of my family( my parents and siblings who flew from my country and joined us in DubaiAs I wanted to provide them comfort in good hotel. And walking distance to Masjid Nawabi was very long and very tiring for my old parents. Outhman hotel was just like getting a slap on my face. Very very disappointed. For Mecca it wasn’t too bad as double tree is a good hotel. But more walk to Haram. Anyways after I reached back home in NY he contacted me and asked me how was everything I expressed my concerns. He seemed very careless about it. Also he said if I want he will have his manager to call me. It’s over 2 weeks now they aren’t even bothering to call me. Brothers please don’t do business like that and please don’t make money like that. If you would have asked me for couple extra thousands dollars I would’ve given it to you. But if you promise or agreed to provide service/properties to your clients.m, for you it would be mandatory to fulfill your promise. Please I request you to not to do it with anyone else.

I'm searching on Facebook for the performer Umrah for my dad. then I found Crowns Travels. It was great to meet with Mr Zubair and his supervisor Mr.Ibrahim.I am very grateful for their service for my umrah. Again please if you guys need any assistance with your journey to Umrah.

I wanted to perform Umrah, so I searched on Facebook to find what I need, so I contacted 6 companies, and their performance and the way they dealt with me over the phone was bad, and they were not able to convince me to meet what I wanted. I succeeded in gaining the trust of only one company through a simple employee who I felt loved for the work and to gain the customer’s trust and try. Satisfying the customer means achieving profit for his company. This is in addition to his patience with me. He communicated with me for 5 consecutive days and provided me with the quickest and easiest solutions to gain my participation in the Umrah trip. During these five days, I refused the trip to try another company to get a special price, then I returned to him because I did not gain his trust. The other company then rejected the men again due to the circumstances of my work that did not allow me to travel during Ramadan. Then I returned to him and agreed to the trip after convincing my manager. Then I rejected it for the third time and also because my manager went back on his words and did not grant me travel approval. Yes, crowen Company made a great effort with me and was patient. With me through the wonderful employee( Ismail ) and his Super Pfizer (.....) I do not know his name, but Ismail gained my trust and convinced me of the procedures that he extended to me and by providing solutions and results that comforted me during my travel. Thank you, Ismail, and I apologize to you and to Al-Taj Company for my refusal to travel because of... My working conditions

I needed guidance for umrah packages and brother ismail was very nice in dealing with it all. A nice experience indeed.

there website is full of religious, but there is no honestly in this business, staff is untrained have no clue what they are doing they are misguideing customers, IBRAHIM this agent ruined my trip i booked one ticket from Dubai to ORD, 1.# he booked international flight with 0 baggage check in what a joke isn't ? 2# he over charged me 3# last minute he increased my ticket price. 4.# he did not disclose any details of the flight like about baggaged. last minutes we stuck in airport ending up paying $95.00 per pc 5# connecting flight from london to ord has been canceled they screwed up @connecting got stuck there 24hours then finally my luggage not on board from london, this tickets is considered is no baggage to be on board , even i paid at airport there is no help from this travel agents, if anyone wants peaceful journey please DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS CROWN TRAVEL.

The overall arrangement was great. The itinerary was helpful as it enables us to know day to day activities, especially contacting the drivers. Mahad was great and patient as he worked to tailored to our needs. We will recommend Mahad as our travel agent next time and will work with home only.

This is best of the best experience I would not change nothing I will definitely recommend this company to everyone else for the money we paid I get much more than I could ever expect thank you brother Afflan my Allah reward you for everything for Hotels for tickets for transportation for guide for site seeing you made everyone super easy super good there is no words that I can use to explain ceep doing good work.
