We had a great trip with the Crown travel. Mr Ibrahim the manager helped us with every detail of our journey. He did a fantastic job. We never waited for our ride. They were all on time. They even tried to help us in our destination area. We had a great Umrah with their travel arrangements! Book with them, you will be very happy!!!

Everything was well planned out and organized during our Umrah trip! Would highly recommend.

We had very bad experience with these people it started good until they lured us into buying the package with them. We trusted them blindly thinking it would be good peaceful experience with my family. But the troubles started once we paid for everything and got to Mecca and Medina. They said they booked us in luxury hotel which paid for but the rooms were not up par as described. Every day the cleaning people came asking us we are being checked out so we go front desk to ask what is going on and they would say your travel agency (crown travel) only booked for one or two nights. It was horrible experience, if you are from Bangladesh please avoid them - I believe they are playing preferential treatment, that’s how I felt. The transportation arrangements from Mecca to Medina was so unorganized we paid extra for bigger car and they gave something totally something else. Anyway I thought we are going for peace of mind but we ended up getting hellish experience. May Allah forgive us all…. Money should not be the motive here, give us the experience we paid for and not cut corners.

I had a great experience with the visa process and with the transportation. I was very pleased with the service and it exceeded my expectations. I dealt with Affran and he was very pleasant to work with and always was very responsive.

We like to acknowledge brother Ismail for doing a good job organizing our first Umrah. Especially the transportation department for being promptly on time.
