Let me start by saying how disappointed I was before finding Crowne Travel. I had been reaching out to different travel agencies, explaining that I hold an Afghanistan passport, and most of them discouraged me. They said there was no visa available, warned me not to risk it, and told me that I might face serious problems returning. Even family members advised against it. Fortunately, one of my close relatives had used Crowne Travel and gave me their information. That’s when I spoke with Rahil brother, who was extremely patient, supportive, and reassuring. He gave me not only the correct information but also the courage and confidence I needed. He assured me that I would be able to get an on-arrival visa without any issues — which turned out to be 100% true. That news brought me so much relief. Later, I was introduced to Ibrahim brother, one of the best members of the Crowne Travel team. Our travel was not simple — we were going to one city for ceremonies and then continuing on to perform Umrah. I needed a lot of extra information, and Ibrahim went above and beyond, coordinating with the team in Saudi Arabia to provide me with step-by-step guidance. He arranged tickets, hotels, transportation, and shared useful details throughout the process. Even when I was worried about whether I would truly get the visa on arrival, he kept me calm and encouraged me to have faith. Everything went exactly as promised. I also want to appreciate Mr. Hyder Ali in Saudi Arabia, who was excellent with transportation and always available to help, even if the matter wasn’t directly his responsibility. The team even guided me step-by-step on how to book an appointment through the Nusuk app for Riyadh-ul-Jannah. On top of all this, when I needed to change one of the hotel reservations to better accommodate my disabled mother, they immediately helped and booked us a very nice hotel. Overall, Crowne Travel provided outstanding customer service, patience, and care at every step of the journey. I deeply appreciate each one of them — Rahil, Ibrahim brother — for making this trip smooth and memorable for me and my family
