Cross River bank was quick and great to deal with my issue. Cant say the same for the other side but issue is resolved and i’m happy.

They do business with upgrade bank for savings accounts. They let their robot suspend account activity without any valid reason for weeks at a time. Do not do business with either of these companies.

This bank funds Boost Money and the Upgrade Visa card. I feel that Boost Money Finance is corrupt.

Someone hacked my account and stole money from me, which was sent to this bank. When I called the fraud department, I got a recording . It's impossible to talk to anyone. You will be reported to the BBB.
